I recently found this forum and realized that tribal payday and installment loans were illegal.
My question is what about lines of credit loans with a tribal loan company? Are those illegal as well? Because of my cancer bills, I had to take out some loans. I am due for a large refund from one company and wondering if I liable to pay this company and/or receive a refund. TIA!

Thank you! Not going to hold by breath on receiving any refunds, but I sure do feel relieved being able to stop payments. If anyone has had any luck with refunds, please share. I am using the sample letters for any communication with the companies.
