I have a telecon with Lakota tribe tomorrow about this "lawsuit" they have filed against me in tribal court.

I'm looking for any words of wisdom or pointers on how to handle this.

Any and all comments welcomed!

why?that's all i ask as whatever they decide cannot be enforced outside of the tribe.it's a waste of your time to acknowledge this.again whatever they rule on tribal ground can't be enforced outside of tribal ground.

I once went after an indian judge in South Dakota over a phone bill- obtained a judgment in county court and the sheriff refused to do anything- why ? She was on tribal land. They said they have no jurisdiction there and could do nothing for me. I had a friend deadbeat them (lakota cash) on a payday loan- they sent a FAKE garnishment order to his employer who began the garnishments. Once he threatened his employer and asked what court approved this, it turned out that tribal courts have no legal authority outside the tribe, the garnishment stopped. The company they tricked was Dun & Bradstreet. These indian tribes have ZERO jurisdiction on you- simply going to the "trial" is a waste of time as they do not respect your constitutional rights. Indian tribes operate this way because we have no ability to punish them for committing fraud. If anyone out there owes lakota money- dont pay it- they cant touch you unless they do something illegal- and its so easy to get it stopped. They are operating a very shady business outside the law only because they can.
