Does anyone know if Lakota Cash, PDLnow, CashKing Advance and CashwebUsa online payday loans are legal in IN?

Lakota is owned by the same guy that owns Western Sky and Cash Call. No, they aren't legal. If the lender has a 'Native American' sounding name and in the footer of the webpage they reference some sort of tribe and reservation run quickly in the opposite direction. usawebcash is based out of Illinois and legal. Furthermore they staff some nice people there so give them a call to work something out. They are the only legal lender I've been dealing with.
