Pay day loan help in colorado

Hello everyone. i really need help with these pay day loans. i have 9 internet and 4 storefront ones. i just had my checking account closed because of many unknown charges and checks clearing that i didnt write.

i live in colorado so Langhorne and MyPDLhelp.com do not support this state! HELP PLEASE!!!


According to the Colorado internet pdl laws, a payday loan company needs to be licensed in the state only. Please check whether these companies are licensed in your state. At a glance, it seems to me that most of them are not licensed. So, you're only obligated to pay them their principal amount. You may follow the steps as said below: -

For the store front payday loans you've to follow the payday loan laws of your state: -

Unfortunately Jake is right. MyPDLHelp.com cannot do Colorado due to debt settlement laws in that state. I will tell you this, concentrate your efforts on Cash Call and the store front loans. They are the ones that are most likely to sue you and get a judgement which you want to aviod. As far as the internet pdl's, they probably don't even have a license to lend money in Colorado so put them last on your list and ignore the phone calls. If they turn you over to collections, send out a verification of debt letter (you can find examples for free right on this site) via certified mail.
