BBB says that PDL Assistance and Progressive debt relief have been responsive to any complaints brought to its attention by the Better Business Bureau.

Unfortunately Langhorne debt solutions " aka Langhorne Law, P.A. " have an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s).

All three of these companies charge similar fees to settle your pay day loans.

I have several payday loans and I spoke with someone at Progressive debt relief. Is this a reliable company? Has one worked with them

I am currently under pymts w/Progressive Debt Relief and they are a great company to work with - I recommend them. They are very helpful and will answer any of your questions to deal w/the collectors that you have! Please consider them!

I am currently working out my debts with Langhorne and I am NOT impressed with their communication or their ability to negotiate payments!!

I had worked with langhorne, it was ok, but from the info I found on this site i realized that you can do this on your own. That is what I'm in middle of right now. If you want to go with one of those companies they can work, but like I said you can do it alone and save money doing it

I live in Nevada and have 4 internet PDL's. I have defaulted, closed my bank account and attempted to email, mail and fax letters to those companies that I could find info on. I have been contacted by Monarch Resolutions out of NY. Has anyone dealt with them. I told them I needed a validation of debt, they said they would email me info, along with SDS (PDL co) Nevada license. So far nothing. I called them back and demanded US Postal address so I can send certified letter requesting validation. Supervisor told me I committed bank fraud by closing my account--isn't that implying a crime and illegal under the FDCA?

i have 4 payday loans and i live in Va.. i have call a 1-800-500-1888 to get help my loans and they have not called me back. the name on the voice mail is action solutions and i have yett to rec'd a call back. is there any one who can help me.

try Destination Debt Solution, they are both helpful and nice, also took a $600 payday loan and settled it for $150.00.

in my opinion, this site has top notch information and support. you can really settle these on your own without paying anyone anything extra.

How did you take care of them on your own? and how do i do it.
