Legality if LoansNGo

I'm curious if LoansNGo is legal or not. What throws me off is this disclaimer on their website:
You should note, however, that we are a Utah registered lender and our loans are governed by Utah law, which may differ from the laws of the state where you reside. If you do not want to enter into a loan subject to Utah law, you should apply for a loan at a lender located in the state where you live.
Any legal lender would know that the laws of the "customers" state would prevail.

Figured out from one of your other post that you are in Michigan - Online lenders must be licensed in Michigan. - you will want to check with your state to see if they are..
