i took out two payday loans for payday loans, the amount of the loans were for $300.00 each I had some financial difficulty in paying them back on time , but i did pay them. now i am getting phones calls from a Simon Hawk who says he is with payday loan and that there are three lawsuits being brought againt me, because i have not paid a loan, i spoke and worked with several diffrent people to pay these loans off and now out of the blue i start getting these calls. and the numbers of the peole who took my pay ment are no longer in service or the line is constanly busy. What do i need to do I have paid the money and now here it is 3months later and they are trying to take me for more. Simon Hawk even said to me that everything was fine, my record was okay, but this loan slipped through. i only borrowed the two loans.
What state do you live in?
What state do you live in? What are the names of the pdl companies? Are your lenders licensed in your state?
3 lawsuits for 2 loans? :D
3 lawsuits for 2 loans? :D That is funny math. Sounds like a scam to me. Who did you borrow from and which state do you reside in? When Simon calls the next time, ask him for the physical address for his office so that you can mail them a written DV request. If he shrinks or tries to veer away from the idea, take note of the big red flag. Do not give out any personal/financial information over the phone without getting things in WRITING.
