Ace is likely legal wherever they lend. They have storefronts everywhere--and I think they only loan where they are registered. I worked with them on past due balances, and eventually they will make an offer where you only pay back the principle..they wont make that offer up front though.

Cashcall is legal in some states--did you originally take the loan out with them directly or through Western Sky? Western Sky is an Indian lender, and not licensed anywhere.

I dont believe the others you listed are licensed anywhere legally.

As far as I know Zip19 is an illegal lender. You owe principal only. As far as the other loans are concerned, try to find out whether or not the above mentioned pdl companies are licensed in your state. You will be responsible for both the principal and interest if they are licensed in your state. In this case you may try to set up a payment arrangement with your legal lenders.
