Hi i have purchased an advance with tior capital for $200.00 about 4 months ago n they have automatically takin 60 dollars out my account a week now when this first started i didnt pay it any mind because i thought they were just taking what they gave but as of now they have taken $360.00 n counting from my account which in other words they've tooken $160.00 dollars of my money causing my account to go negative which is causing me more problems n money. I have left them numerous voicemails n never got a call back and i am highly pissed. They never said anything about this in any shape or form n im ready to sue the company for their scam like tactics. All i want is my $160.00 debited back into my account as my money not theirs n be threw with them where as though they delete my information out there system n they never bother me or my account again. Thank you

What state are you in? Email them, do not call, and revoke ACH authorization. If they hit your account again, call your bank and tell them to put a stop payment on anything from these guys... if your bank charges a stop payment fee, ask these guys to refund you that fee on top of what you overpaid them (i.e. if the stop payment fee is 35 dollars you can request a 195 dollar refund, it's worth a shot).

Tior Cap is an illegal PDL anywhere in the US (except for maybe in NV) so do all of the ACH revocation stuff. The probability of getting a refund of anything (let alone bank charges) are very slim. I say you put your bank account on 'Deposit Only' status, get it out of O/D and then close it down. Also, file complaints with the AG and the FTC.
