If they hit your account again, call your bank and tell them to put a stop payment on anything from these guys... if your bank charges a stop payment fee, ask these guys to refund you that fee on top of what you overpaid them (i.e. if the stop payment fee is 35 dollars you can request a 195 dollar refund, it's worth a shot).

Tior Cap is an illegal PDL anywhere in the US (except for maybe in NV) so do all of the ACH revocation stuff. The probability of getting a refund of anything (let alone bank charges) are very slim. I say you put your bank account on 'Deposit Only' status, get it out of O/D and then close it down. Also, file complaints with the AG and the FTC.
