I have not paid CashnetUsa.com and they keep calling me at work. I work at a retail store and am not
supposed to get personal phone calls. I have told the person from Cash Net USa to call my cell phone
only and she continues to call me at work. How can I stop the calls? I live in Florida and I have paid
off Geneva Roth once and have paid so many extension
fees I am closing my account so they can't get
anymore of my money. I hear they are a difficult
company but I owed $260.00 and have already paid
$500.00 just in extension fees. Can Internet
pay day loan companies sue and take you to court?

I just would like to know so I can sleep better at
night. I have told everyone I know don't ever get
a payday loan it is not worth it. I am a single
parent with no child support and I can't afford the
400-600% interest anymore.

1. Can they call me at work, can they sue, I only
have loans from internet pay day companies. Are
these legal in the state of Florida?

Thank you for all of your help. It is great that
this site exists for dummies like me that have these
horrible loans to make the poor a little poorer and
the rich richer.

Thanks in advance,

A debtor in Florida

My amount I owe CashNetUSA is $260.00. They want
me to pay by debit card but I told them I don't have
one, of course I do have one, but I want to send
money orders. Will they ever agree to that or
will they just finally leave me alone eventually?

Thanks for your help. Can they sue me and take
me to court here in Florida? Has anyone been sued
by the internet pay day loans before?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Florida Debtor

CashNetUSA is licensed in Florida. Their company policy is not to sue, but they do sell defaulted loans to junk debt buyers who might sue. Most internet pdl's won't sue because of the risks, but this company wouldn't run any risks. They just don't want to incur the expense.

I know that they do take MoneyGram if you don't mind the fee. And if you're deadset on sending a money order though you should send it to P.O. Box 06230, Chicago, IL 60606. (I have a street address too, but I'm not 100% on it.) Make sure to send it certified, return receipt requested so you don't end up in a spitting contest over whether they received it.
