I find it very interesting that the same person that owns Quik Payday owns Cash Central!


I can't believe that you can be arrested in Utah for not having the money for a judgement. If you go to jail because your bail is the same as want you owe how are you going to ever get out of jail unless they allow a bail bond at 10 percent. It seems like a very unfair system.
It also surprises me that the CFSA does not police its members. These people should be allowed payment plans!

Frogpatch, no offense, but you CANNOT get arrested in Utah for not having money for a judgement. Where is that in the article? Wake up and read!
