Legal or Illegal ?

As far as I can see they are all unlicensed companies. If you tell us the stae you live in, how much you have borrowed and how much you have paid each one we can help you deal with them!

I posted in another topic last week. I have started doing everything that people have said to do ( close my acct, sent letters, etc) I was just curious as to which ones I needed to focus on first. Thanks

No, Cash Central is licensed in many states, so is Fastwire. Both are usually legally operating companies.

As far as Cash Central goes, the original loan was for $600 which goes against Louisiana's max of $350. Would I just be on the line for the original loan principle ? I have already paid $450

Interesting . . . . It says that they are operating under their Utah license, since Lousiana doesn't require them to be licensed.

I wonder why LA does not require them to be licensed ?
