Is it okay to send these to the legal pdl's? (Cashnet USA). I want to pay my debt; but I also would like them to calculate what I say I owe and to prove that they are license in my state and also can collect...
Or is that just wasting time?
I have sent multiple request stating I would like an arrangement; but they have not responded... just stating to call them to discuss. I respond back that I want everything in writing that's why I want to correspond via email. If I don't have an address to mail a money order to; can they send to collections? I really don't want to have to deal with them on the phone.........it won't be in writing...
let me know what you have dealt with with these guys...

Since they are the original creditor, they do not fall under the fdcpa . . . . Also, they have the right to call you. They must stop calling you at work after you tell them not to, but they do not have to only correspond with you by writing.
They are legally registered with the Sec of State for Texas . . . . As a CSO, they do not have to be licensed. Technically, they are not even the actual lender. They are only servicing the loan.
I can tell you from experience that they are very careful to stay within the law on all their loans.
