I live in Cali and have a loan with nationalpayday. I barrowed 400 and have paid nothing back. They are out of Costa Rica. After finding this out I closed my account. I dont want someone from another country having acess to my info. What kind of legal action can they take against you if they are out of the country? Thanks for the help.

really?how do you know you paid nothing back.unless no debits at all went through then you paid them nothing.also reading your whole post i hope you returned the money.we always advocate paying,or making every reasonable attempt tp pay back what was borrowed.anyway being as they are in costa rica.there really isn't a thing they can do except call, but as stated you should at least pay back what was borrowed,or if not used have your bank return it.
