zip19 is legal in California State ?

If you have overpaid, no you do not owe another cent. If you can, add up all your loans, amount originally borrowed, and then add the amounts you have paid back so far. Sounds as if you are due a refund. Follow OhioGal's link from post of HelpinAz. Follow every step. Do not skip.

Zip 19 is an illegal PDL .....it is offshore and not licensed in any state.If you have one, follow the link in my signature line for information on how to deal with them.

I have a question, I am in IL and have a loan through ZIP19. I've had many loans actually. If I've paid an overage in interest, do I owe them for the principle still?
