One is Greenpicket.com which I have had for about 2 years now, can never seem to pay it off just have to keep reloaning. Ameriloan amount owed is $500 and something, but have been paying for a couple of months and cannot seem to get the amount down, (on payment plan) , and Greatplains lending $300 and something agian same situation as with Greatplains lending., can anyone tell me if these are legal in the state of Washington,
