Good afternoon to you all. I am living in the state of washington, I have 3 pay day loans out at this time all being online lenders. One is Greenpicket.com which I have had for about 2 years now, can never seem to pay it off just have to keep reloaning. Ameriloan amount owed is $500 and something, but have been paying for a couple of months and cannot seem to get the amount down, (on payment plan) , and Greatplains lending $300 and something agian same situation as with Greatplains lending., can anyone tell me if these are legal in the state of Washington,

All 3 are illegal payday lenders. You are only morally responsible for paying back the original amount borrowed. All the above mentioned 3 lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If you have already paid them more than the principal balance, then ask them for the refund.
