Legal Jargon

I have a question. I've been reading many many threads on the state licensing of online PDL. I visited one this morning and in the Legal Jargon that was actually posted on their website, it stated that by using the site, it is as if I was actually in a store front in British Columbia so I would have to abide by Canadian laws when it comes to debating that PayDay Max doesn't have a license to practice lending in Indiana. Does that legal disclosure hold water.
I'm about ready to square off with these PDL companies and I'm very confident in my fight; however, this clause made me think for a moment.
Any assistance you can offer would be much appreciated. And thank you for these threads of fantastic information, you have provided me with the confidence I need to win this fight on my own.
