Yes they are illegal in all states - due to tribal status... did you send them a letter revoking ACH authorization? is that why they place you in compliance? You want to only communicate via email, mail or fax only that way you have documentation. How much did you borrow and how much did you pay?

Is Ameriloan illegal in ALL STATES? I reside in Michigan. I am dealing with them now. They have placed my account in "compliance" an I must now communicate via via and fax. They do not respond to either. What are my next steps?
