Legal payday loans

I was wondering if any of the following loans are legal in Florida: PDM, NETPDL,Hydra Fund I, Insight Capital,Minute Funds, Splash (aka First American Capital),Liberty GroupLLC? Any info is aprecciated!

Please register with the forums.

Several are illegal. It is easy to tell...if they tribal or offshore, they are illegal. Usually at the bottom of the home page you can see if they are tribal.

As far as I know both Hydra Fund and Insight Capital are illegal lenders. Contact with Florida Office of Financial Regulation to check the legality of the other pdl companies.

Some of these do not have a web page so there is no way of telling.
