is there a legitimate payday loan co online?

This not true. Most of the big store front chains offer an online option AND abide by the regulations of the state where the borrower resides. If the big companies do not offer an online product in your state, the state does not allow them. If there is not a license listed for your state on an IPDL's site, utilize at your own risk.

I said, "that I know of", because I don't know of any. Someone else might, but I don't.
