Getting a check from Lender

Has anyone actually received a check from any of these illegal lenders for overpayment of he loan once you let them know you are wise to them and not going to pay them?

I got a refund! I used the template on this site and was firm but polite when I talked to them. I also did use the BB and state agency. Once they paid me I sent both the BBB and the state agency letters saying the PDL had made the refund.
