For some reason, my username does not exist anymore. However I had asked questions about some lenders I had out.

I did receive a response from Netcash 123 and CashnetUSA. According to the South Dakota Lender License I do not see them on there, please help! But here are their responses.

Please be advised that NetCash 123 does not provide payday loans to
residents of, AR, CO, CT, GA, KS, MI, NH, NV, OR, WA, WV; only to
residents in those states where permitted by law (Such as yours). These
inquiries are subject to Federal Law and your privacy and rights are
guaranteed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
The conditions outlined in our Payday Loan Agreement provide
pre-authorization for us to electronically transfer the approved cash
amount into your bank account. These transfers are done by Federally
regulated EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and also known as ACH
transactions.
And although we understand your situation, we need to let you know you that
we have a legal contract that is valid in your state and that you signed
last 04/26/2013 at 5:16 pm, in which you agreed about the terms and
conditions, we have the tapes of your phone conversation with our
representative and even sent you and email confirming the Payment Options
(04/26/2013 at 5:31 pm). Based on this confirmations we have a support to
continue with the regular charges on your account, however we are willing
to help you with the proposal we have prepared for you, please read below:

Netcash 123 is based in costa
Netcash 123 is based in costa rica and holds no license anywhere. I find it funny that give a list of states they will not lend to and yet it fails it include most of the states where payday loans are prohibited. What state do you live in???
