Cutter group response

How should I respond to this from cutter group that I have overpaid?
Unfortunately, you have been misinformed. It’s clear that you have researched – possibly on the internet that other customers have sent these form emails to the lender and it has cleared them from responsibility - but this is simply not the case. The Cutter Group – being an online cash advance lender operates under Federal Regulations. Many States are doing what they can to regulate but since you went online and contacted us to reactive your account you are still responsible. The payments will continue or the account will be sent outside of our office for further action.

PUH-LEASE
there are no federal anything in regards to pdl's.respond like this:
i am not misinformed.you think i'm stupid.my state laws do apply, and i will not engage in a stupid debate by an illegal lender.try that crap on someone else, but not me i'm not buying it.
bottomline they are lying to you.they are an illegal piece of pdl dirt and start treating them like it.
You should ask Cutter Group
You should ask Cutter Group for the refund as you have overpaid them. But it fully depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money. In this case you have nothing to do. You can file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
