I'm in Illinois. It was with a storefront lender the amount was $800. This was a payday loan not a installment payday loan.

IL - and a store front lender so more than likely legal and licensed to do business in IL.. I would recommend calling them and seeing if you can work out a payment arrangement - who is the company?
