I am trying to get to the bottom of some issues I am having with NCS and what I have paid off. I know I posted earlier about Ashland and CK Marketing but I know one of these lenders is operating under CK Marketing. I had one with Hydra Funds Limited III and Oakwood Services. NCS is stating that they will serve me papers at work and I would be so embarrassed.


I have asked them to stop calling me at work and they will not do so. I have asked for their physical address so I can send a c&d letter but they refuse to give me their address and yes NCS is a collection agency..

OK so use that address - if it came from them it would be correct one. It could be that it is Nationwide Credit, Inc they have a website - Here was the address from it:

Have the validated the debt in writing?

from the email it appears this is Nationwide Credit. I put in a search engine and it shows they are a collection agency out of Atlanta, GA.
