I have a loan with Checkngo that is current. My hours have been shotened due to illness and I was off work. I called them to ask for an extended payment plan and he said in the state of ohio they do not offer that. Is he right? The law I saw seemed like it stated to me that it does. Do I have to let my account go in default to get it? What do I do? Please Help!!!

You may want to call the corporate office, the store front may not have the authority.. Call them before the payment is due, ask for the EPP or tell them you can have it go into collections and what you can pay when to get it paid off - may work.. it may be that they can only do a payment arrangement after it defaults. but the corp office will be able to answer better.
