Letter to PDL

I followed some advice I read on this page, and so far 1(still have 7 to go) pdl company replied, very nicely, agreed to take payments via mail, with a check . I was being told no one would make new payments or take payments in the mail. I used the template stating that they were Illegal and not liscensed in Minnesota.
Awesome, Thanks so much, Yesterday I sent C&D and so far all correspondence has come through email . But the monies aren't due out until tonite so we will see. Thanks for all the help.

bbryce, what letter did you use, I am getting my info ready and

Awesome by the way they are not calling you, glad to hear that is working for you. Have you already closed your bank acct? mine was closed last fri, but the debits are to begin again on monday, so i have to get that letter out asap.
