Due to the fact that Internet payday loans must be licensed in the state of ____ to be a legal and binding contract, your company should NOT issue loans to ____ residents at all. I am requesting that you send me your license number which enables you to offer loans to ____ residents.

The legal amount that could have been charged to my loan is the principal amount, even IF your Internet pay day loan were legal anywhere in the U.S.. I am willing to pay the principle amount of the loan only, however, this is only if you provide me with a physical address where I can send payments.

I must also inform you that I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the ____ Attorney General's Office.

I expect a response from your company no later than 5 days from the above date regarding this matter. This response may only come via US Postal mail or email. No telephone contact is permitted.

Thank you for that letter, is there a letter to send out to the ones that are legal, or do i call or email them? I have to let them know my bank acct is closed .

did you default yet?if not you can go in person speak to the manager and request an EPP.that is extended payment plan.they stop all interest freeze the amount and break in into four equal payments.this may be an option for you.

I have defaulted on checkngo its online. They want me to pay half end of this month and other half nxt month, i wont have the money this month.
think cash I have defaulted for the first time, it was due yesterday and the only thing they could do for me to stop payment was to take me off auto deduct. not sure where im with them now.
loanpointusa, i have pd 3 payments of $60($120) on $200 loan and current~i have no idea what to expect from them.
what can i do with these ones, i know focus on these first, as ive seen in other posts.

Question about the letter, at the end do i keep it the same under my name, silly question im sure, besides changing the state to michigan.
