I received a letter from Charles I Turner esq on heap paper saying he has been retained by Natuonal Payday loan. I over paid them and they are illegal in SC, should I send him a C and D letter? What should it say?


send the C&D letter.

attention:you will cease all further communication to me and anybody else regarding this matter immediately.in any form.

they are a part of ACA a real nasty bottomfeeder.get the C&D letter out certified mail return receipt.
