That is not correct. It isn't federal law regulation E section 205.10 -- that shows them you don't understand the law and they will keep giving you crap.... just say I am revoking any/all ACH authorizations

^^ DO NOT say transactions, you MUST say authorizations.

Thanks, no I do not understand they law that is probably why so stressed and here looking for the guidance that you all have greatly given.

I changed it to this.
Dear Whoever,
I, Name hereby revoke authorization of any and all EFT/ACH authorizations by your company to any and all of my personal bank accounts. I also revoke any and all wage assignments I may or may not have signed with your company.

I made this one say EFT/ACH because their contracts specifies EFT's

I will take a copy of this one to the bank today and then mail it out tomorrow.

Thanks again. I do know from reading over the ACH revoke laws that the bank can't tell me I can't do it.

Waffles this may be inappropriate - but I might just have to say Luv ya!! Just found a customer service email for ACE Cash Express and already mailed and already heard back in like less than 5 seconds that they have and will forward to the correct department and to just put the other in the mail as a back up..

So first registration loan on the vehicle that I don't have any longer also on its way to be able to get paid off...
