When sending a letter to a ipdl compny

Im sending letters to my ipdl's and I have a letter from vollyballmom. my ? is what do I put for my info.they do not give account numbers for me as when i received the loan and to sign on to there web site they want your s.s # and email. Should i give them my s.s # or just my email so they know who they are corresponding to.

I would just give them your email address and your name...they will figure it out from there...I did not list my ss# on any of the letters I sent out...and of course no bank info either!!
