I received two letters today, each from NCA (National Credit Adjusters). Both state that this is a settlement offer for more than what my principle was on both PDL accounts. How should I respond to these people? I sent out the "you are illegal in Florida" letters to both PDLs and had no response from either one of them. I have not filed complaints on either one of these two yet. Any suggestions would be grateful.

you file AG complaints against both lenders and NCA.being the loans are illegal in FL technically they non-enforceable,and non-collectible.the lender is lucky to get the principle back, and so is NCA.file the complaints and send NCA the same letter via email you sent to the lenders.do that and keep us posted.
