PayDayMax and NetCredit

I live in Missouri and need to know if PayDayMax and NetCredit are legal in my state. I am getting my letters ready to mail out and just want to make sure. If anyone has had loans with these people how did your settlement with them go.

Net Credit

I have tried to register with the forum but when I do it wont let me post anythingl

I did not put up collateral for the loan I took out from Net Credit.

I plan on closing my checking account Friday after I get everything that needs to be swithched to new account. Then Im sending out the letters to the illegal companies.
Just dont know what to do about Net Credit.

PaydayMax is illegal.

PaydayMax is illegal. NetCredit however looks like a installment loan. Did you put up collateral with them???
