How do I get them to stop calling my job and leaving messages? They haven't sent anything in writing but is threatening to take my license. They won't even give any information on why they are calling. What can I do?

Talk to them once. Ask for them to send you a letter of collection so you can obtain proper verification of the debt. Do not admit to anything and stay calm. If they refuse to send something in writing, tell them you are aware that this is a scam, you're filing a police report and that they won't be getting a penny from you. After that file the police report and do NOT talk to them again. They will stop eventually, when they realize they won't be getting any money from you. If your employer takes issue, give them a copy of the police report.
