Hello. I've read through the board and see that a lot of people have problems with mobiloans and that they are not licensed by the states. My question is, my loan with them is not a payday loan, but a line of credit or cash advance. Is this different than a payday loan and am I therefore responsible for it? Thank you for any help!

Mobiloan is illegal all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry mate...they can’t do anything.

Follow the link below in my signature on how to deal with - all steps.
How much did you borrow and how much have you paid to date? To lend in many states even online lenders must be licensed to do business with consumers in that state - which state are you in?
And even though they call it an installment loan - your due dates are when, on your pay dates?
