good evening i have 3 pay day loans in the state of washington with online companies

1) Ameriloan
2) Green Picket
3) greatplains lending

As i understand by reading through the forums is that these companies are not legal in the state of washington.

Please help and give advise as what i need to do.

You’re right. All of your lenders are illegal in your state. In this case you just simply pay back them the principal and get out of this vicious cycle. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If you have overpaid them, so ask them for the refund.

So should I send the letters and then close the account, or close the account and then send the letters. the problem with closing my account is that my employer does direct deposit and this will take a month to get updated unfortunately.

first you close the account.then send the letters.why does it take a month to get your DD updated?tell them your acciunt was compromised and you either need a live check,or expedite the DD update.if you send the letters and the account isn't closed the lenders can,and alot will bleed you dry.i would talk to your payroll about this asap.

sorry if this shows up twice but didn't appear to post
Follow the advise in the signature line of helpinaz to deal with illegal lenders.
Paul is right, close the account first so they don't drain you anymore than they already have.
