Need help with multiple loans!

Hi my husband and I are over our heads like everyone else here. We currently have 13 loans, two of which are on their final payment from payment arrangements. I closed our bank account and opened a new one which was the first step and they blocked it before closing it so nothing can reopen it. However, the calls are now starting and I can literally only afford to spread out 200-250 dollars a month for payments because we are so behind and poor and I am disabled. We are in California. Our current loans are individual, legal, and listed below. Any help on letters I can send and what to do from here would be greatly appreciated. I have autism and this is all very scary to me. Especially the phone calls.

You can offer the small payments but you will probably be sent to collections.

I've sent ach revoke letters to everyone this morning and asked for an address for repayment to be sent to me in email or in writing. I figure after that I can send a letter to each offering 20 dollars in payment a month until it's paid up? Has anyone had success with that?
