You must immediately stop paying to them. if you can let us know your state, we can find out the legal status of the payday loan operators there.

That is not smart to stop paying a title loan company, unless you do not want your car!

goudah is right on,having had a title loan 4yrs back.it is a secured loan,don't pay you lose your car.
