How much did you borrow? How much have you paid so far and what state do you live in? They are an unlicensed operation everywhere they operate. They can threaten all they want but they can't make you pay what you may not even owe legally. Please prvide answers to the aforementioned question so we can help you.

Great advice from frogpatch and Ang! If this is a collection agency, and they can't validate the debt, then they are in the wrong and you don't owe them anything! Or are they a payday loan company?

I have dealt with pinion, but it was for a defaulted pdl with one click cash. So the number I have is 1-800-430-1450. I am not sure if this is a collection agency or if it is an in house collections under a different name. Just stay firm with these people. They caved the more agressive "I" got lol.
They will also call you to death if you don't issue a cease and
