Again- threatening to download a law suit against me for fraud- had a case number of 20522 his name was Fran Jackson and he actually called me 3 times in a row. I requested that he send me verification of this loan (because I have no clue if I owe it or not) and that my lawyer and I would look at it at that time. He said you have until 5:00 pm to take care of this. I didn't give him a chance to say much else. Told him if he was going to sue me then sue me, I would deal with them at that time and asked that he not call me again at work.

how much paid to each total, and what state

That's just the point, I have no idea. I am sorry-I didn't log in. I have posted here before. I had many pdl's back in 2004 and thought I had paid everything back. Now all of a sudden I have been getting calls from this Legal Affidavit Office and now this US National Bank. I have asked both to verify these loans-because I have no clue if I really owe them or not and they refuse to do it. I live in Michigan.

I am currently paying one back to Cash Today Limited (I fell for the scare tactic) They said I owed them like $6,000 but would settle for $1500.00 so I have been making payments to them. I owe 4-5 more payments and it will be completed. I made the agreement and am sticking to it (although I now find out I shouldn't have done it) I am afraid if I try to stop the payments they will just clean my account out and be done with it all.
