After not hearing from them in a while I receive this email today. How should I respond and what should I do?

Who was the original loan thru? Have you done an ACH revocation? Voluntary wage assignment revocation? Closed your account?? We need more info....

how much was borrowed,and how much was debited by MB?they are an illegal lender.are you in CA?did you follow soaplady's sticky?we need this info so we can advise further.

I borrowed $400 from MBProcessing and was repaying $120 on a biweekly payment schedule. I've made 11 payments thus far. That's $920 over paid. I'm done with these guys. I just need a strong and direct response to these idiots to get them off my back

Have you followed all the steps in the link in my signature line? Done ACH revocation, wage assignment revocation and closed your bank account?

If so, send them a cease and desist letter telling them they bought an illegal loan...too bad, so sad for them and to bug off and never contact you again.
