What should my response be?
Just to "re-cap" I took a $500 loan from them on 12/24/12
I've re-paid $300.00
I owe (principle) $200.00
dumb shits
they sent me that same email except with a different amount.this was almost four years ago.so they really don't change and ameriloan is tribal meaning they are totally illegal.i wouldn't send jack until they acknowledge the fact you only owe 200.00.JMHO.
I sent the original e-mail,
I sent the original e-mail, with this attached...
The Fort Laramie Treaty, 15 Stat. 635, between the United States and the tribes of the Sioux Nation, created the Great Reservation for the Sioux and set off lands for the absolute and undisturbed use and occupation of the Indians. Calhoon v. Sell, 71 F.Supp.2d 990, 999 (D.S.D.199:cool: (guoting 15 Stat. 635) .FN8 Under the treaty, States may not interfere with reservation self-government or tax on-reservation activities. Rice, 463 U . S. at 718. This gives tribes the power to regulate the activities of nonmembers who enter consensual relationships with the tribe or its members, through commercial dealing, contracts, leases, or other arrangements, but only when the non-Indians [are] on their reservations. I hope you realize, I am not swayed by the bunkum. I am not an idiot. I am also not a member of your tribe, and not subject to your tribe's laws. Bottom line I owe $$200.00 and want an address to send it, no address, no money. You can accept the offer I've given you, or I can simply not pay you anything further. You decide.
An informed consumer,
either way
send that above attached to your original email with this also added.
i hope you realize i am not swayed by the BS.bottomline i owe 200.00 and want an address to send it.no address no money.
I would send them a money
I would send them a money order for $200 or send an ACH via a pre-paid debit card and tell them to take a hike. Most likely, they have no business license in your state and are illegal.
ALSO... Should I maybe
ALSO... Should I maybe respond with this, in the "letter" to them???

Should I NOT respond, until
Should I NOT respond, until they acknowledge that I ONLY OWE $200.00? OR should I just resend my ACH letter?
