i am not able to get information over the phone, why is this loan in non-compliance. You took out extra $30.00 in the June payment, why? I do need to be reimbursed that $30.00 All that should have been taken from my account is $125.00 which you did take.
In July all that should be coming out is $110.00.
I would like an answer back. This ismy second e-mail to your office.
I dont want to have my lawyer enter into this transaction. I just want to get this paid off.
