Where do the people on this site get their experience from??? Everyone i talk to is saying the advice here is wrong and that it is incorrect because the loan is governed under the laws of their tribe or something?? What qualifications do the people on here have to make this determination??

Do we need qualifications to research and read laws?? We look up state licensing data bases and keep track of state laws.

Tribal and offshore lenders loans are invalid as they are NOT licensed in any state. You are not subject to any tribal or foreign law....the only laws you must abide by are the laws of the state YOU live in and the laws of the USA.
