I have 5 payday loans from 5 companies online and I am drowning in the fees any advice?? I am in FLorida

AIP 200 I have been paying 89.00 since Dec of 06
Geneva Roth 300 I have been paying 90.00 Since Dec 07
Think Cash 500.00 88.40 since Dec 07
Impact Cash 250.00 Paying 75.00 since Dec 07
Green Light Funding 150.00 Paying 45.00 since Dec 07

Nothing is in default and I have never missed a payment

I have paid greenlight 45.00
Impact 225.00
Geneva Roth 270.00
Think Cash 353.60
and AIP I have paid Over 2000.00 to WOW

I just called AIP and they played the transfer game with me....Then I threw in the BBB thing I read some other people talking about. They took a handwritten message and still have not heard back from them. Can you believe I have paid them over 2000.00 for a 200.00 loan....Lord help me

None of the companies I have loans with look like they are licensed in the state of Florida am I wrong??

No not really. We have AWFUL credit and are in a chapter 13 BK so we don't have good chances of getting a new account. I am currently on the phone with Geneva Roth....trying to see what I can do with them

YES,TO ECHO VOLLEY AND KASH.CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.THEY WILL DRAIN IT DRY,THEN TRY TO GET NSF'S ADDED TO YOUR DEBT.IT IS BEST TO CLOSE IT NOW THEN NEGOTIATE.

Be careful about closing your accounts. This can be considered as fraud in some states. I strongly urge you to go through a company. They know the laws for each and every state, as well as who is and is not licensed to loan money in your state.

We also gather the information from guests/members and check/post the state law for every state. We also check/post the licensing information for guest/members. We do not go into this blind. Every piece of information is researched, not just thrown out there. You can see, if you read through the thousands of posts, that we follow the guidelines and laws for each particular state and each particular pdl.
