I too unfortuantely defaulted on a loan with this company and they started calling my job today. After I advised them my calls are recorded and not to call my job they stopped but the harassing emails started. I did find out thru the Texas AG that this company is not liscenced in Texas. They went as far as to give me my new bank account number and say that they received it because I applied for another loan with them, which is untrue. When I asked the rep to email or fax me a copy of the alleged new application she first said i needed to sign a release called AUTHORIZATION FOR RELEASE OF FINACIAL INFORMATION. This is a quote from the reps email to me "If you did not provide the information, how did we get it? See, we do not have to pay anyone to locate the information, nor do we have to go to the expense of court orders. Since we understand the deceptive practices consumers like you use to avoid repaying your obligations, we protect ourselves from the get go. 90% of the time people we give money to that default, turn around and go on-line again to borrow more money without paying back what they already owe. Just like you did" Im not sure if I can put her name if I can let me know and I will post her and her "floor managers" name. Another quote "Re you going to pay the bill voluntarily or not?"

Sometimes things happen. I tried to make arrangements but they said they would just deduct it from my new account. I dont know how they can do this if I did not authorize them on the new account to tack ACH debits.

I am also dealing with Loan Shop/LTS Management. I did email and fax them a letter revoking ACH withdrawals and telling them that they can not contact me by phone. So far I received one call and the rest has been by email. I had a loan with them for 300.00 I have paid a total of 360 to them. They still want the 390 but I have offered to pay them 30 more dollars for them to mark it paid in full. I have not heard anything from them yet since i emailed them again yesterday. I am also in Texas and I am unsure the texas internet lender laws

I would print the info and take it to my bank, show them the willful intent to violate your revoke of the ach debits and have them put a permanent block on the company being able to debit you. also send them a letter revoking the right to debit any and every financial account. take that to your bank as well. Then if they do debit you, you have a case against them and your bank will usually deny the charges.
