i live in louisiana and have pdl from online. i closed my bank account because of constant overdraft fees. here are the accounts and how much i've paid. what can i do?
One Click Cash borrowed 400/paid nothing so far
United Cash Loans borrowed 400/paid nothing so far
My Cash Now borrowed 450/paid nothing so far /they say my bal is 799.85
Community Credit Services borrowed 600/paid 375
Paradise Cash Adv or Int'l Equity GP borrowed 300/paid 558.75
Ace Cash Services borrowed 300/paid 510

i know that there are some that I haven't paid on yet but i will pay my bill but can i get a resonable monthly payment? i've looked and can't find any licensed in Louisiana. It looks like LA law says they have to comply with LA law with has a max of 350 and no rollovers. So what can I do? I don't need anything extra on my credit, i'm trying to rebuild it before I get married.

I'm thinking that Community Credit Services is with the Cash Spot but I'm not sure. On my bank statement it is CCS Loanpayment. Should I email all the pdl and get them to email me my agreement and a license number for their office? I'm just wanting to get this stuff taken care of b/c my fiance will flip if he sees that i've gotten in this trap again..

All of your questions will be answered at the link I gave you above, there is a step by step guideline on how to deal with illegal lenders, before you contact any of the illegal lenders, make sure your account is closed, otherwise, they will attempt to withdrawal HUGE amount of money from your account.

Call your Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions at (225) 925-4660 and ask them if Community Credit Services is licensed to give payday loans, I have a strong feeling they aren't.

I found the name of community credit services. It's money2advance.com, and i just received a letter in the mail from national processing of america out of shawnee mission, ks. they sent to notices saying i owe 770.00 and 170.00, my original loan was for 600.00 and i've paid 375.00. is this company legit?

money2advance is NOT licensed to lend to your state residents, that means ALL of the lenders you have are NOT licensed.

If you received a notice from a collection agency through the mail, send them a debt validation letter, you have 30 days to dispute the debt and request that they validate the debt, send the letter asap, certified, return receipt requested, see the link below for sample letters:

but my state allows pdl from other states. They just have to abide by Louisiana law which says the limit is 350.00- so am i only responsible for 350 of the principle? How do I find out if the pdl are licensed at all?

I contacted Louisiana Office of Financial Insitutions and they said that they don't regulate online payday loans. They said that the companies are required to abide by interest rates and fees, but they don't regulate them so there aren't any rules for them. So now what do I do? Sounds like I'm screwed. Guess I should have moved to another state before I got these loans. So now exactly what process to I take?

You aren't screwed! That was just one person you spoke with, I have spoken to many different states DFI's and have received different answers at different times. The lenders I mentioned above are NOT LEGAL. They can't sue you because they aren't licensed, your state does not license internet lenders because they don't regulate them. Just follow the instructions I gave you above and you will be fine.

I live and have several payday loans, I closed my account and trying to make payment arrangements with the companies. I would like to know if I open another account with the same bank, is it legal for the bank to allow any transactions from theae companies to go through my new account.

I am going to close my account but I was told they could still take the money that is why they ask for your ssn etc when you do a loan. I know have to close my account and go under just my hubbys account. They are thieves.
