Hi Migs and welcome, thanks for starting your own topic. At first glance looks like the only licensed one I see is PaydayOne but I need to do some checking,. Meanwhile keep checking back for more replies.

I also wanted to add, if I suddenly disappear it's probably because my Internet service seems to be acting up.

Payday One is your only licensed lender, you will need to contact them to make payment arrangements. I am uncertain about Cash Central but the rest of yours are not licensed lenders. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

I also had ACH withdrawals for my car loan, utilities and my debt management plan. I called them and told them I was closing account and to not debit. This must be done a few days before bill is due to be paid. Alternately, the bank can stop debits if you block them. I stopped all debits, opened a new account. I now do on-line banking to pay the bills - no more of anyone debiting my account! Will NEVER give anyone my bank account number again. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Thanks for the assistance.
Would it be best to email or speak to them directly concerning my loans?

Click on the link I gave you above on how to deal with illegal lenders. The legal lenders are the ones you should take care of first. Sometimes it's best to have all correspondence in writing, if it were me, I would email them, this way you can keep an ongoing record.

I e-mailed all mine AFTER I secured my bank account. Also faxed them and kept the confirmation that the faxes went through. Within 3 days I heard from one of them and they sent me a refund. Took 2 weeks to hear from Eastside via e-mail because I won't talk to them over phone. The other 4 I haven't heard a peep (yet). Just be sure to keep records/ a paper trail. It is less stressful to deal via e-mail.
Reclaiming your life back
This is the first response I received from Ameriloan, after contacting them:'
Your current balance is $325.00. Your next due date is 2009-08-21 for $125.00.
Your loan is always due on your pay days. By receiving a loan through Ameriloan you agree that your loan will be renewed unless you request to pay down an additional amount against your principal, or pay out the balance in full.
As stated in your contract, your loan will always be due on your pay dates. Your loan will be renewed each time your loan comes due, meaning we will debit only your service charge for the first four pay dates, unless you request to pay down an additional amount against your principal, or pay out the balance in full at least 3 full business days prior to your due date. Every time your loan is renewed, you will accrue a new service fee. On the FIFTH renewal, you must pay the renewal fee plus pay down your balance by 50.00. This is called an automatic pay down. (EXAMPLE: for a 300.00 dollar loan the fee is 90.00. On the 5th renewal, you pay 140.00 which equals the 90.00 renewal fee plus the 50.00 pay down. If you renew your loan again on the next due date, your principal balance will be 250.00 with a new renewal fee of 75.00. When the automatic pay down process is in effect this will decrease your principal loan amount and your renewal fee.) After your fifth renewal, your loan must be paid down every due date until it is paid in full.
Please contact us with any further questions.
Thank you,
