Pay day loans

Hi, I have about 10 internet loans. It got quickly out of hand and they are constantly calling my job and harrassing me. One is trying to garnish my small paycheck. Is there anyway to get out of this legally so I can be stress-less on my bad mistakes. I live in Louisiana. I tell everyone never get loans from the internet. Please help ??
