1. I Live in Tennessee
2. PDL name:Qloot/VIP/DMA
3. Amount of loan: 500.00
4. Amount paid so far: 151.00

This is a new loan and I've made one payment so far. I was talking to a friend of mine and she said that internet PDL's are illegal in my state. I'm thinking though that QLOOT is a legal loan since it's an installment loan. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks

Payday loan lending is legal in Tennessee. However, I don't think that QLOOT is legal in your state.

Test

Doesn't matter if they say its installment if online lending requires lender to be licensed

Illegal lender. You owe exactly $349, nothing more or less. Revoke ACH is writing immediately and send a copy of the same to your bank positively. After that, you pay the remainder via prepaid debit card or money order only.
